How To Get Everything You Can Out Of All You've Got!

If you want to grow and remove constraints in your business, a diagnostic conversation about the above points is our baseline. This is where we gain clarity to formulate your plan.
For example. Regarding MINDSET.
You really need to want to get the result you have decided on. It is not enough to think about it or to mildly desire it. You need to know that you MUST have the result. There are so many reasons you might not get there. I have found having some filters will help you never even start on projects that you won’t get to finish.
Here are some mindset filters to check off:
- Will you be better off if you get the result you want?
This is vitally important because sometimes I see people build things they don’t even want when they get there. Think VERY carefully about WHY you want what you are seeking and double check that it is really where you want to be.
Imagine this is a train station and you are happy with this destination. Mentally imagine it. Walk around it. Are you excited about it? Good. If this is for you then the second next step is to build the tracks to it from where you are.
- Before we build the tracks we need to compare stations.
Is this the BEST station to get to? Would there be a better station to end up at instead? Perhaps you need to weigh a few options up before you start building.
- Do you have the resources?
If you are to build the tracks and power your train, do you have the resources to do that? Is this an unrealistic journey or will you find the time, energy and money you need to make the trip? Will you get there in a reasonable timeframe?
- Will you be able to shovel the coal?
In the beginning it is common for us to be doing the hard labour. (Later we get team). Will you get the support you need from those around you or will you be strong enough to do this regardless of support? Will you be able to control yourself or maintain interest when the going gets tough? It ALWAYS gets tough. If so… you may have the right mindset. This is what I notice about successful entrepreneurs, they have the mental will to do this. They believe in themselves and they EXPECT this to happen.
